In the Paleolithic era man ate only meats and vegetables that were naturally raised. The Paleo diet takes its name from the caveman era because of being a diet that primarily only has meats and vegetables, but more importantly because all foods in the Paleo diet are foods that have been raised naturally. By following the Paleo diet, eliminating those things from your diet can be achieved.

A Paleo Diet Recipes for fresh beef sausage uses one pound of ground beef from a grass fed cow. Combine the ground beef with one a one-half teaspoons of dry mustard, one teaspoon each of sea salt and garlic powder, one-half teaspoon each of ground marjoram and ground black pepper, and one-quarter teaspoon each of ground sage and ground thyme. Place this mixture in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 24 to 48 hours. This meat mixture can be formed into patties or crumbled. This can be used in a wide variety of ways, as hamburger patties, topping for pizza, in chili or in cream gravy.

Use this fresh beef sausage crumbled in recipe for curried sausage and sweet potato hash. While browning the sausage, chop two medium sweet potatoes, one cauliflower and one onion. Place the mixture of sweet potatoes, cauliflower and onion in a large bowl and add two eggs. The eggs should come from pasture raised and natural fed chicken. Season this mixture with curry powder, garam masala, sea salt and cayenne pepper to your taste. After the sausage has browned, add the vegetable mixture to the pan and stir well. Cook until the sweet potatoes are soft and the onions are cooked.

Apple crisp is a famous and really, really tasty baked apple topped with its crispy crust. This is a really healthy and light breakfast for you health-concerned people out there. Now, here’s a unique apple crisp recipe in a whole different way, it is exceptionally made with oats, the apple oatmeal crisp. All you need to do is prepare the following ingredients: 1 cup brown sugar, ½ cup white sugar, 1 cup rolled oats, 1 cup all-purpose flour, ½ cup melted butter, 3 cups apples (peeled, cored, chopped), 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon. This is a really easy recipe; first, you should preheat your oven to 350° Fahrenheit and lightly grease an 8 inch square baking pan. Prepare a large mixing bowl and stir in together the brown sugar, oats, butter, and flour; mix until evenly blended. Pour half of the mixture in baking pan and spread the apples equally over the mixture in the pan. Then, sprinkle with white sugar and cinnamon; pour the remaining mixture and bake for 40-45 minutes or until your apple oatmeal crisp is golden brown. Remove from oven and cool for a couple of minutes and serve. Enjoy this delicious breakfast treat!
